Is there a program is to transfer files and for a case such as getting a new computer?
Yes, Google is my best friend, but I can not seem to get the right words, I want something I can install on computers and it will transfer the selected files by itself. The problem is, for some reason my current (old as I am the alternate) will not let me put anything on any external hard drive (key USB external hard drives, other computers on the network, etc.).
